Made by: Risu Blunt fang whers are the whers of Lakeside. Blunt fangs (BF) are smaller and less aggressive then their kin. A gold Blunt Fang is about the size of a small miniature pony. The level of a Blunt Fang's intelligence is based upon it's color. Greens: thought complexity of a 2-3 year-old (1-3 words together in a sentence). Blues: thought complexity of a 3-4 year old (3-5 words together in a sentence). Browns: thought complexity of a 4-5 year-old (6+ words in a sentence with very bad grammer, pronunciation) . Bronzes: thought complexity of a 5-6 year-old (6+ words in a sentence, starting to get the hang on speaking correctly). Blunt fangs will give everyone they meet a nickname, although not all of them are nice. Blunt fangs can survive un-impression and don't have to be impressed. If they don't impress then they will bond with the dame of their clutch. They will follow her until they find a purpose, it normally consists of guarding something or impressing someone. Blunt fangs will warn someone when they approach something the wher is guarding. Unlike their original kin they recognize friends and foe. If someone dose not identify themselves as someone the wher knows they will sound the alarm. They will strike only if they are threatened or what they are guarding is threatened. Mating and Clutches: A month after the run the gold will lay her eggs in the closest place with sand and warmth. The eggs will hatch two weeks after they are laid. To obtain an egg from the clutch the person who wants one must be deemed worthy by the gold that laid them. The queen will decide personally who gets the gold egg, if there is one. Hatchling care: Training blunt fang whers: In order to train your Blunt fang you have to blooded to them. A cut along the palm works but the hatchling can not be allowed to take to much blood. The first thing to do is teach them basic words such as emergency, fire, thread, and intruder. Once they have learned that and when to use them the wher will begin to learn words from their partner's mind. From this point on it is mostly the handler's turn to learn. They need to learn how their wher pronounces each word, this part is especially hard for green and blue handlers. From that point on the pair ether finds a purpose or becomes a passives pair, which are whers that are not trained for one particular job. The wher's will know what to do for any job, it will be insistence, one of the reasons why wher's can survive and find a purpose without a partner. The handler will learn from their wher what to do. Wher's will learn from smell who is friend and who is foe. They can be
taught to recognized as many people as who are considered friendly. A wher can
only be taught to recognize people by it's handler or a person it trusts
